3. Retainer Advice
- Based on the selection of recourse, discussions pertaining to charges and understanding tentative timelines are ensued. Subsequently, a formal retainer advice is sent to the client to include and cover the recourses and explain the rules of engagement.
4. Retainer agreement
- The client, after perusing the retainer advice, formally requests services, and a retainer agreement is thereafter signed – virtually or physically.
