Mr. Rujhan Dhawan is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh since May 2016. He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore, and brings with him nearly a decade of professional experience in litigation, arbitration, and legal advisory services.
His practice spans a wide spectrum of legal domains, including Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Matrimonial, Real Estate (RERA), Debt Recovery, NCLT, and Arbitration matters. He is adept at formulating effective legal strategies and delivering result-oriented solutions within defined timelines. In addition to litigation, he regularly advises clients on debt restructuring, due diligence, compliance, and legal risk management.
Mr. Dhawan has extensive experience in drafting and handling a diverse range of pleadings and petitions, including writ petitions, criminal appeals, civil and criminal revisions, anticipatory and regular bail applications, consumer complaints, claim petitions before RERA, DRT, MACT & NCLT, as well as first appeals, second appeals, arbitration claims, and builder-buyer agreements.
